This REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Solicitation, an Invitation for Bids, a Request for Quotation (RFQ), or an indication the Government will contract for the items contained in this announcement. All information received in response to this SOURCES SOUGHT marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to the SOURCES SOUGHT will not be returned. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this SOURCES SOUGHT are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 on behalf of Hampton VAMC is conducting Market Research through this SOURCES SOUGHT notice to help determine the availability of qualified Businesses, capable of providing a CD Reproduction System for 100 Emancipation Dr, Hampton, VA 23667. Information collected during this Sources Sought may be used in a set aside. If a solicitation is issued, the Government will do so in accordance with Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02, effective 01/22/2024. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 518210. The NAICS size is $40 Million. Any contractor that believes they are capable and desires to claim preference for veteran owned small business status must be registered with the VIP at veterans.certify.sba.gov.
