The Ogden Air Logistics Complex at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is soliciting proposals for a total small business set-aside contract to provide comprehensive management, supply, and technical support for aircraft coatings and sealants. This Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract is designed to ensure uninterrupted maintenance operations for C-130, F-16, and A-10 aircraft. The total anticipated period of performance is six years and two months, consisting of an eight-month ramp-up period, a five-year ordering period, and a six-month window for final deliveries. The government will utilize a Best Value Source Selection Tradeoff methodology, where the technical factor is significantly more important than price. Compliance requirements include CMMC Level 2 self-certification, adherence to MIL-STD-129 marking standards, and the use of the Wide Area WorkFlow system for invoicing.
