Each kit consists of one pint of resin and two ounces of hardener packaged in separate containers. The items are classified as hazardous materials and must be stored at temperatures below 80.6 degrees. They are subject to a non-extendable shelf life of 12 months, requiring special marking code 32 for Type I items. Delivery is required within five days of award, with a final required delivery date of October 29, 2026, shipped via the fastest traceable means to Tinker AFB, Oklahoma.
