The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) plans to enter into sole source negotiations for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with BAE Systems Container Solutions, Inc. to supply Sympathetic Detonation compliant All-Up-Round Containers for the Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) AGM-154C during fiscal years 2008-2009. Prospective subcontractors interested in opportunities should coordinate directly with BAE Systems Container Solutions, Inc. The government mandates registration in the DOD Central Contractor Registration database as a condition for award.
