The New York City Department of Environmental Protection, specifically the Bureau of Water Supply, intends to enter into a sole source agreement with Aquatic Informatics Inc for the procurement of the proprietary Aquarius Cloud central data management software platform. This cloud-based system is critical for collecting and managing real-time and historical data to ensure the NYC water supply remains in compliance with the City's Filtration Avoidance Determination.
