This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08(c)(1)(iv) of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. This procurement is exclusively for City-Certified Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs).
This contract for various items on an as-needed basis for DSNY shall not exceed $300,000. This contract is non-exclusive.
