The U.S. Army Natick Soldier Research, Development and Engineering Center (NSRDEC), Natick, MA is conducting a market investigation to identify companies capable of supplying permethrin treated NyCo fabric. The U.S. Army is interested in locating manufacturers with the capability to permethrin treat fabric in open width roll good form. The facility must have a current/valid Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) registration to manufacture permethrin treated goods. Information provided should include the manufacturer's capabilities to produce first quality permethrin treated fabric, site location and copies of EPA approved label and hangtag, Manufacturers should provide an estimated cost/yard greater than /= 5,000 yards) estimate to produce and treat 50:50 Nylon: Cotton fabric in the Universal camouflage pattern that meets all Army physical testing, shade, Near Infrared requirements and the required permethrin dosage rates to be used in a uniform cut and sew trial. The estimate should include any anticipated development costs required to produce fabric yardage that meets all requirements. Information submitted shall also include: 1. Company name and address. 2.
