This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. W911S1-12-T-0259. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-59. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 339920 with a size standard of 500 employees. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. BASIS OF AWARD: Award shall be made to a single offeror. Quotes must include prices for each Item listed in order so that quotes may be properly evaluated. Failure to do this shall be cause for rejection of the entire quote. Prices shall be 'FOB DESTINATION'.
