DOSSIER NO : 8803-25-1103 - Contrat à la suite de la qualification en travaux complexes de construction et/ou de réparation d’ouvrages d’art spécifiques, selon la liste en vigueur au dépôt de la soumission pour la construction de la structure P-20589 et démolition de la structure P-09797 sur l'Autoroute 31 dans la municipalité de Lavaltrie, MRC D’ Autray et circonscription électorale Berthier Seules seront considérées les soumissions présentées par des soumissionnaires ayant un établissement au Québec ou dans un des territoires visés par les accords applicables. Le montant estimé du contrat se situe entre 10 M$ et 25 M$ Le soumissionnaire doit détenir un certificat d’enregistrement ISO 9001 « Système de management de la qualité » dont la portée couvre la gestion de la réalisation des travaux de construction d’infrastructures routières ou ferroviaires (ou une attestation de certification). Ce document doit être délivré par un registraire accrédité le Conseil canadien des normes ou par un organisme d’accréditation reconnu par le Forum International d’accréditation. Seules seront considérées les soumissions présentées par des entrepreneurs qualifiés aux termes de la « Qualification d'entrepreneurs pour travaux complexes de construction et réparation de ponts et tunnels, ou pour travaux complexes de réparation seulement de ponts et tunnels » et être inscrit sur la liste correspondante valide à la date limite de réception des soumissions.
