Le montant estimé du contrat se situe entre 10 M$ et 25 M$ Le soumissionnaire doit détenir un certificat d’enregistrement ISO 9001 « Système de management de la qualité » dont la portée couvre la gestion de la réalisation des travaux de construction d’infrastructures routières ou ferroviaires (ou une attestation de certification).
