NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole-source IDIQ Requirements Contract with US Foods, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.501 Sole Source. Find the attached J&A. BIE has a requirement for Food and Dairy Products for the following North Dakota Schools: Turtle Mountain Elementary School located in Belcourt, ND; Turtle Mountain Middle School located in Belcourt, ND; Ojibwa Indian School located in Belcourt, ND; and Dunseith Day School located in Dunseith, ND. This single award IDIQ will be created for Food and Dairy Products for the North Dakota Schools due to their remote location and need to have more than one contract with more than one vendor to ensure proper coverage and support during inclement weather. The project covers four specific buildings: BLDG-1022, BLDG-1023, BLDG-1024, and BLDG-1025.
