Full Description

TACOM Life Cycle Management Command-RI intends to negotiate on sole source basis with SBC GLOBAL SERVICES, Inc., 225 W Randolph St, Chicago, IL for 9-1-1 Locator ID Service Agreement. This also includes a one-time fee for loading station information , CAMA Trunks, and Installation. Acquisition is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1- Only one responsible source and no other supplies/services will satisfy the agency requirement. This notice is neither a request nor an invitation for quo te. However, all information received by the close of business on 12/13/05 will be considered by the government. Information received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this will be entirely at the discretion of the Government. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in preparation of responses to this announcement.
