This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the FAR Part 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number VA-257-10-IB-0027 is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), 100% total small business set aside. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-34. The NAICS Code is 454319 with a size standard of $7.0 million.
