This amendment pertains to a Sources Sought notice for small business concerns interested in providing, delivering, and dispensing bulk fuels—specifically Regular Unleaded (Conventional 87), E-85 (Flex Fuel), and Ultra Low Sulfur Dyed Diesel (Grade 2)—to Hot Springs National Park in Arkansas. The notice clarifies the grade of diesel fuel and outlines the government’s estimated annual fuel requirements: 5,900 gallons of Regular Unleaded, 3,500 gallons of E-85, and 1,900 gallons of ULS#2 Dyed Diesel. The fuels are to be delivered into three government-owned, 500-gallon capacity aboveground storage tanks located at a single site within the park. This is a market research effort to identify qualified small businesses capable of fulfilling these requirements, not a solicitation or request for quotes, and does not guarantee a future contract or request for proposal. Respondents must submit detailed documentation demonstrating their capability to provide the fuels, including a capability statement, past performance resumes with at least three references, and company information such as name, contact details, unique entity identifier, and confirmation of small business status. Firms should also specify which fuels they can supply if not all three. Proprietary information must be clearly marked, and responses are due by 3:00 p.m. Central Time on July 21, 2017, submitted via email to the designated contact. The government will not reimburse any costs associated with responses, and all submissions become government property. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring official government procurement websites for further updates or potential future solicitations related to this requirement.
