This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-07-T-0704. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set Aside. This solicitatio n document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-04. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423390 and the Business Size Standard is 100. The contracto r shall provide the following : CLIN 0001 - STEEL PLATE, GRADE DH-36, 1/2 INCH THICK X 96-INCH X 120-INCH - 1 EACH. CLIN 0002 - STEEL PLATE, GRADE DH-36 - 1 INCH THICK X 96-INCH X 24-INCH - 10 EACH. CLIN 0003 - STEEL PLATE, GRADE DH-36 - 1-INCH THICK X 60- INCH X 240-INCH - 27 EACH. CLIN 0004 - STEEL PLATE, GRADE DH-36, 2-INCH THICK X 60-INCH X 300-INCH - 2 EACH. Material needs to be delivered by 10 SEP 2007. This is an all or none procurement. Emphasis will be placed on delivery first. Acceptance shall b e at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB Destination. Delivery shall be to the U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005.
