78--Creedmoor Air Rifle Backstops, Targets and Poles

The contract involves the firm fixed price purchase of specific commercial items for the NJROTC program, including 500 portable air rifle backstops, 710 target poles with carrying cases, and 2130 target boxes designed for air rifle shooting competitions. These items form an integrated safety system specifically engineered to absorb shots from the Daisy 853 air rifle, the mandated firearm for NJROTC competitions. The system consists of patented components, with the target boxes acting as the primary barrier, backstops providing secondary protection, and both supported by target poles.
