The FAA has a requirement for one centralized resource for all Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Airport Concessions DBE (ACDBE) program information. This requirement will provide all DBE and ACDBE program users with one record system, simplify data aggregation, allow unique report generation, simplify trend analysis and eliminate the need for submission of paper copy. The Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting this Market Survey to identify potential SBA certified Small Economically Disadvantaged 8(a) vendors capable of meeting these services. This market survey is for information purposes only and information received will be used to determine the acquisition strategy for this procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services, Size Standard $25 million. When responding to this market survey, please submit the following to Katherine M. Williams at contact@example.gov. 1. Performance Capability Statement (no more than 3 pages in length) which addresses past performance information confirming your ability to successfully completed the requirement. Past Performance information must include project title, agency name, order/contract number, project value, duration, point of contact including name, email and phone number and a brief description of the work performed. 2.
