The contract, financed under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 and FAR 6.302-1, calls for the contractor to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and transportation to execute product-related configuration and data management services for a 12-month period at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Evaluation criteria emphasize technical capability and price, with award to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer. The solicitation is a request for quote (RFQ) open to all responsible sources, but the government’s preference is to award to TRICO, Inc. Submissions and inquiries are to be made via email only, adhering to various contractual provisions including equal opportunity, privacy safeguards, electronic payment submissions, and compliance with commercial item standards.
