The contract, identified as 27AL2410, seeks a vendor to manage 92.50 acres of land dedicated to hay production from 2027 through 2031. To be considered responsive, bidders must submit a complete package including an offer, the contract, an equipment list, and the appropriate vendor disclosure forms. The successful vendor must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance within 30 days of execution and maintain it annually. Payment terms involve annual lease payments per acre, which can be guaranteed via cash or irrevocable letters of credit, and the vendor must comply with all applicable prevailing wage laws and state human rights regulations.
