99--INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

This ia a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposal. Headquarters, US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), Fort Belvoir, VA intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with Research Electronics International, LLC for High Grain Orion (HGO-4000). The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) per FAR 13.106-1(2)(b) . The NAICS code for this action is 334511. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. INSCOM requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with Central Contractor Registry (CCR) . No award can be made unless the vendor is regisgtered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR, please access the following website; http://www.ccr.gov/. In order to register with the CCR and to be able to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a Dun and Bradstreet Number.
