99 -- NOTICE OF INTENT

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) plans to award a sole source contract to Strategic Financial Solutions, LLC, for Electronic Information Services over one base year and four option years. This contract will provide access to a range of specialized financial databases and software, specifically PerTrac, which supports the downloading and usage of hedge fund data and information on investment managers, advisers, and mutual funds. The hedge fund data will be sourced from various comprehensive databases including the Alternative Asset Center’s Fund of Hedge Fund Database, Barclay Global HedgeSource Database, CISDM Alternative Investment Database, CogentHedge, Hedge Fund Research, Inc.’s HFR Database, and HedgeFund.net. Additionally, investment management data will be accessed from the Morningstar Database, Nelson Investment Manager Database (Enhanced), and Standard & Poor’s U.S. Mutual Funds. Strategic Financial Solutions, LLC is identified as the sole capable provider of these specialized services by the SEC. Although this notice invites other organizations to submit capability statements and qualifications, this is not a solicitation and no formal competition will be held.
