Full Description

The Army Contracting Command National Capital Region ("ACC-NCR"), on the behalf of the Army G-1, Civilian Personnel ("CP") Data Center, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) or 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to TVAR Solutions, 7901 Jones Branch Drive, Suite 310, McLean, VA 22102. TVAR Solutions will provide Replacement Switch information technology ("IT") hardware products and maintenance. Delivery of the item(s) shall be made to Fort Belvoir, VA. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price ("FFP") contract. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. PHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement NLT 24 July 2012 at 10:00 AM EST. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
