The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity proposes to award to Khon Kaen University in Khon Maung on a sole source basis, for Liver Flukes and Disease Progression in NE Thailand. Awarding to any other Vendor would result in substantial delays in on going research. This procurement shall be under other than full and open competition procedures in accordance with FAR 6.302. All Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no written responses are received at least thrity days (30) days after the publication of this response, the purchase will be awarded without further notice.
