RFQ N00104-11-Q-QT54 This acquisition is being issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.1. This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP), Mechanicsburg, PA has a requirement to acquire Splunk Enterprise Perpetual License Upgrades. Delivery is FOB destination. Solicitation N00104-11-Q-QT54 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). NAVICP is soliciting small businesses for this requirement.
