99 -- SU640SDV-1.7RT/RS170 High Resolution InGaAs SWIR area Camera

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), Edinburg, TX intends to procure SU640SDV-1.7RT/RS170 high resolution InGaAs short wave infrared (SWIR) area camera that can be used in aerial remote sensing applications with the following requirements satisfied: 1.) high sensitivity solid-state InGaAs image sensor that operates at room temperature, 2.) captures images in the 900nm to 1700nm infrared wavelength spectrum, 3.) RS-170 analog output compatible and 14-bit digital Camera Link O compatible output, 4.) 640 X 512 pixel resolution with 25 micron dot pitch, 5.) programmable exposure times, 6.) Anti-Blooming protection. The award will be made on a sole source basis under FAR 12 & 13 to Sensor Unlimited, Inc., 3490 U.S. Route 1 Princeton, NJ 08540. The Government knows of no other source and believes this item is proprietary to Sensors Unlimited, Inc. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), FOB Destination Purchase Order. NAICS Code 334413. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
