Interested small businesses have a seven-day window from the notice's publication to submit capability statements and pricing information for government consideration. Responses submitted will assist the government in deciding whether to pursue a competitive procurement; however, any decision not to compete will rest solely with the government. All submissions and inquiries regarding this requirement must be directed in writing either to Mary Montgomery at Aviation & Missile Solutions or to Sylvia Bowar, the Contract Specialist at the Army Contracting Command Redstone. Formal communications are restricted to email and fax, and telephone requests will not be entertained.
