The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division DPW has a requirement to procure new Real Estate and Real Property Services. The scope of this requirement is to support daily Real Estate and Real Property functions. Real Estate functions include preparing Reports of Availability (ROA) for long term out-grants, short term out-grants, Real Estate disposal, facility acquisitions, operational reports relating to 99th RD facilities, and producing memorandums as requested to support the Real Estate Section of the 99th RD. The contractor shall support the Real Property section by performing site inspections, upkeep and maintenance of data within the prior mentioned databases (APSR, GFEBS, HQIIS, RPAMS), perform monthly Audit assignments, as well as maintain 99th RD Real Property records both physically and digitally in accordance with the Performance Work Statement at Major John P. Pryor United States Army Reserve Center (USARC) located at 5231 South Scott Plaza, JBMDL, NJ, 08640-5062. The purpose of this amendment (0001) is to provide clarification via Question and Answers and Updates to the Performance Work Statement as well as FAR 52.212-2. The purpose of this amendment (0002) is to remove FAR 52.219-18 Alternate I and to extend the closing date until 8 June 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT.
