Solicitation # W15QKN-26-X-1CFG
The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island at Picatinny (ACC-RIP), acting for the Office of the Project Manager, Close Combat Systems, is conducting market research via a sources sought notice (W15QKN-26-X-1CFG) to identify potential industry partners for the production of Shank 2.0 payloads, training warheads, and pre-packed anti-personnel warheads for small Unmanned Aerial System (sUAS) platforms. The government is seeking capabilities statements from interested firms, including those in all small business set-aside categories, to evaluate their ability to manufacture these systems using the small Universal Payload Interface (sUPI) and Picatinny CLIK standards. A critical requirement is the ability to scale production capacity up to 40,000 systems per month, for which respondents must provide Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing and implementation schedules. Interested respondents must possess a facility clearance to handle classified material and submit a DD Form 2345 Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement to access the TDP. The government intends to utilize the results of this research to solicit under Title 10 USC 4022 and 4023 authorities for prototype and experimental procurement. Submissions must include detailed company information, CAGE and UEI codes, and evidence of technical expertise regarding High Voltage Electronic Safe and Arm Device (ESAD) initiation systems and Low Energy Exploding Foil Initiator (LEEFI) or shock tube initiation chains.
