The US Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Proteus Technical Solutions of Ranch Cordova, CA, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other suppli es or services will satisfy agency requirements, to monitor and witness the actual performance of tests on shelters to ensure that they are performed in accordance with applicable test procedures, and provide assistance in determining corrective actions as needed. These tests shall be performed at a Government designated facility. Proteus has proprietary and patented technology built into the shelter.
