SUMMARY: In accordance with 37 CFR 404.7(a)(1)(i), The Department of the Army hereby gives notice of its intent to grant an exclusive license to Porous Materials, Inc. with a principal place of business at 20 Dutch Mill Road, Ithaca, NY 14850. The proposed license is a revocable, nonassignable, exclusive license to practice in the United States, the Government- owned invention described in U.S. Patent No. 6,119,506, entitled Apparatus and Method for Determining Transport Properties of Porous Materials, issued September 19, 2000. DATES: Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license must file written objections along with supporting evidence, if any, not later than 15 days following the publication of this announcement.
