(SPA), Alexandria, VA to provide follow-on services and support for continued analysis work and development of the General Campaign Analysis Model (GCAM) Dual Sector Simulation (DSS). The GCAM DSS model is based on a unique variant of the General Campaign Analysis Model - Core Tool Suite (GCAM-CTS). The GCAM-CTS is proprietary software developed and maintained by SPA. Addressing near and long-term CG and Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency WAS/MDA analysis requirements will necessitate further use and development of the GCAM DSS and the GCAM-CTS. Therefore, expertise in the GCAM-CTS, the GCAM DSS application, and the ability to modify their core functions to rapidly adapt to new WAS/MDA analysis efforts is pivotal for success.
