Full Description

This is a notice of intent to contract with Northrop Grumman, Electronic Sensors and Systems Sector, PO Box 17320 MS B545, Baltimore, MD 21203-7320 on an other than full and open competition basis for the integration of a LITENING-2 EO/IR system, Global Positioning System (GPS) and JFN JOINT FIRES NETWORK Fusion system into the an overall C-130 palletized mission system to meet a rapid reaction operational capability. Northrop Grumman will also provide engineering, management and Integrated Logistics Support and operator training. No RFP will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent.
