Intrinsic Market Resilience (IMR)
Solicitation # DARPA-PS-26-138
The Intrinsic Market Resilience (IMR) program, solicited by the DARPA Information Processing Techniques Office under DARPA-PS-26-138, is a 32-month initiative spanning Fiscal Years 2027 through 2029. The program aims to protect essential U.S. economic sectors from systemic risks and adversarial attacks targeting the public interfaces of modern electronic markets. Proposers must adhere to strict security requirements, including CMMC Level 1 compliance at award and CMMC Level 2 status or a detailed compliance plan. All information must be handled according to NIST 800-171 and DFARS 252.204-7012 standards. Evaluation is based on technical approach, qualifications, technology transition viability, price, and security, with a particular emphasis on innovation and the feasibility of the proposed technical solution.
