The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, is soliciting proposals under NAICS code 541710 for the Middle Rio Grande Endangered Species Act Collaborative Program. Technical proposals must describe the entire project, while budget proposals are limited to a one-year funding period. Applicants may submit proposals for one or multiple priorities, but each priority requires a separate submission. All proposals must be received by 3:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on January 9, 2006, and must be delivered to the Bureau of Reclamation in Salt Lake City, as facsimile transmissions are not accepted.
