The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 23 intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source, firm fixed priced purchase order, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures under authority of FAR Part 13.106-1 (b)(1)(i), One Source Reasonably Available, to the University of South Dakota for services in support of the specified aims of the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System Project Study# IRR 13-294, Principal Investigator Lindsey Jorgensen and Sheila Pratt. NAICS Code 611310 with a size standard of $27.5 million will be utilized. The proximity of the University of South Dakota and strong collaboration with the VA investigators is integral to the success of this project study. The University of South Dakota Department of Communications Sciences and Disorders is to provide services of personnel in the completion of the specified aims of the grant.
