Location of performance is 20% (twenty percent) on-site at NAWCAD Patuxent River, Maryland and 80% (eighty percent) off-site at the contractor's facility. Contractor personnel shall travel when necessary to provide needed tasks through off-site meetings, training, conferences, design, installation, integration, maintenance, or system test. As part of this travel, contractor personnel may be required to travel overseas and to serve as flight crew and onboard ships for extended (2-3 weeks) sea tests. Offerors will need to respond to all elements of the RFP. The anticipated contract type is a cost plus fixed fee with indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) delivery orders. The period of performance will be from 13 April 2006 through 12 April 2009. The scope of work to be performed will be divided into lots based on size standard under North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code 541710, 1,000 employees. Solicitation # N0042126R1023
Solicitation N0042126R1023 is a small business set-aside request for proposal issued by the Naval Air Warfare Center Air Division for Identification Systems Technical Management Support Services at the Webster Outlying Field. This firm-fixed-price level of effort task order, managed under the SeaPort-NxG Multiple Award Contract, covers a five-year period of performance consisting of one base year and four option years.
