The Department of the Interior's National Business Center, acting on behalf of the U.S. Commission of Fine Arts (CFA), intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to Susan Kohler for historical research and cataloging services. This non-competitive procurement is conducted under FAR 6.302-1, which allows for contracting with only one responsible source, using simplified acquisition procedures.
