The US Army Soldier Systems Center, Army Contracting Command, Natick, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Boston University School of Medicine, of Boston, MA, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i)(A), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, sub-paragraph (ii) Supplies may be deemed to be available only from the original source in the case of a follow-on contract for continued development or production (etc.), continued research for Multidimensional MR Imaging to Assess Subtle Brain Changes Associated with Persistent Post Concussive Symptoms following Mild Traumatic Brain Injury.
