Full Description

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is developing a structural health monitoring method. In support of this effort, NSWCCD intends to negotiate a non-competitive procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and award a firm-fixed price purchase order to Techno-Sciences Inc. Techno-Sciences Inc has been working with NSWCCD on different theoretical and analytical stages of this development; therefore they have the capability and past experience. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties may forward their capabilities statements to the Government POC on or before 03/12/08.
