The contractor is responsible for all costs and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, portable sanitation facilities,insurance, permits, transportation, tools and parts necessary to perform TECHNICIAN SURVEILLANCE EXAMS at the AASF in Cheyenne, Wyoming as stated IAW the attached Performance Work Statement.
