THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Program Executive Officer Land Systems (PEO-LS), Marine Corps, Quantico, VA 22134 intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a firm-fixed-price contract to BAE Systems Platform and Services (BAE Systems), 1100 Bairs Road, York, Pennsylvania 17408-8975 (Cage Code: 06085). This effort is estimated for award in the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2018 with an approximate performance period of 24-30 months. The anticipated contract is for the Taipei Economic Cultural Representative Office (TECRO) Foreign Military Sales requirement for the delivery of 36 AAV7A1 RAM/RS vehicles, corresponding weapons, collateral material, special tools and testing equipment, intercommunication system, two years initial spares package, special mission kits, thermal sighting system training, and up to three years in-country field service support. The first vehicle is to be delivered by December 2018. The Government has determined BAE Systems is the only vendor that possesses a Government qualified and approved process for producing the RAM/RS vehicles from a straight-leg hull Assault Amphibious Vehicles (AAV) variant. The Government estimates it will take any other source an additional 18-24 months to qualify their process. This timeframe would result in unacceptable delays in vehicle deliveries that the foreign purchaser requests. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B) "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". Unless stated herein, no additional information is available. Requests for the same will be disregarded. Responsible interested parties may submit a capability statement in which they identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement, if received within seven calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis. The Government will consider all information received by the response date. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All submissions become USG property and will not be returned. Contractors are advised the USG will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice of intent. The North American Industry Classification System code is 336992, Military Armored Vehicle, Tank and Tank Component Manufacturing. GENERAL INFORMATION: The information provided herein is subject to change and is not binding on the USG. The USG has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed and should not be construed as a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All responses to this notice shall be submitted to Alicia Sims at alicia.sims@usmc.mil. Please reference the announcement number on all correspondence. Telephone calls will not be honored.

Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration
Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
