Responses to questions were provided where clarifications were necessary to support potential offerors' understanding of the requirement. Certain questions were not answered where the information requested was included in the Performance Work Statement or where the questions were duplicative. Offerors are encouraged to review the description of the SAM.gov posting and all attached documents in their entirety when preparing responses.
