This solicitation is being re-issued on an unrestricted basis to allow for full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 335314. Offerors must be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1.  All offers must also have a Unique Entity Identification Number at (SAM) at www.sam.gov and be able to submit invoices through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this solicitation which shall be considered. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed type contract based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror. No third party vendors (foreign or domestic) are accepted with NMRC unless otherwise stated.
