The Department of Defense, through the Navsup Flt Logistics Ctr Norfolk, is soliciting a Firm-Fixed-Price task order for academic instructor and tutor services to support the Naval Service Training Command’s Future Sailor Preparatory Program at Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Illinois. This opportunity is restricted to a 100% total small business set-aside and is open exclusively to SeaPort NxG MAC holders under NAICS 541330. The scope of work includes providing academic instruction, tutoring, and the development of curriculum materials such as lesson plans, test plans, and student workbooks, all while adhering to specific NAVEDTRA and NSTC instructions. The anticipated award date is approximately September 18, 2026, with a performance period consisting of a base year and multiple option periods extending through March 2030. The government will utilize a trade-off source selection process to determine the best value, prioritizing non-price factors significantly over price.
