Dr. S. Perkins will provide medical-scientific advice and consultative services focusing on laboratory standards for population health studies. The scope will include recommendations on assays and instrumentation, evaluating and assessing laboratory performance and activities of the Nutrition Research CHMS laboratory as required as it prepares for, conducts analyses and makes any required procedural modifications undertaken in support of the Canadian Health Measures Survey. Dr. Perkins will provide these services via email, telephone and on-site consultation support as required for the duration of the contract. See attached notice for Criteria for Assessment of the Statement of Capabilities.
