Acceptance of Deposit into the Kapiloff Land Bank Fund

The California State Lands Commission has approved the acceptance of a total deposit of 274,758.00 from Pacific Airshow LLC. These funds will be deposited into the Special Mitigation and Management Projects account of the Kapiloff Land Bank Fund, specifically allocated to the subaccount for the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve located in Huntington Beach, Orange County. The total amount is scheduled to be paid in three separate installments between March 2026 and October 2027. This action is conducted pursuant to the Kapiloff Land Bank Act, specifically Public Resources Code Section 8600 et seq. Due to the nature of the deposit, the project is granted a statutory exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act requirements.
