On-going Opportunity for Qualification to allow new Suppliers to become qualified. Existing qualified Suppliers, who have been issued a supply arrangement, will not be required to submit a new arrangement.
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for 2-3 stays in hotel or motel accommodations per year in the Temecula, California area over the next 3-5 years. Accommodations would be required for an estimated 110 personnel with a variety of check in and check out dates over the course of three months, with individual stays estimated to last between 1 day and 50 days.
Supply Arrangements will be issued to all suppliers whose bids (arrangements) have been deemed compliant to this RFSA. When DND requires these services, a Request for Proposal will be sent to all Supply Arrangement Holders, and will include a technical and financial evaluation.
Multiple contracts may be awarded to separate suppliers under RFPs resulting from this Supply Arrangement in the event that a single supplier cannot fully meet the requirement.
