The USDA Forest Service, Angeles National Forest, intends to construct an office building and a warehouse with option fire station and all site work including grading, paving of walkways and curbs, landscaping, irrigation and utilities including water system, septic system, power and telecommunication system on the Santa Clara/Mojave Rivers Ranger District. The contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision to complete construction. This acquisition is being advertised as a FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION and any resultant contract award will be issued pursuant to FAR Part 19, Subpart 19.10 Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program in accordance with FAR Part 36.204(h). The estimated magnitude of construction is between, $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Contract must begin work within 10 days of the effective date of the notice to proceed. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220. The Small Business Administration size standard is $33.5 million. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR.gov) system on the online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA.gov). THE SOLICITATION WILL BE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AND A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THE SOLICITATION.
