ADA ramp for home-SEE NOTES
Special Instructions: Home is a 3-bed, 1 bath pier and beam frame home approx. 1400 sq. ft. Case Manager-Shea Nichols 580-642-6304 Inspector- Colby Raper 580-372-1169 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.
Special Construction: Install new ADA ramp according to ADA specifications, with a minimum width of 36”. 2”x 6” floor joist on 16” centers. 2”x 6” decking, 2”x 6” handrail with spindles on 4” centers. Use only ground contact treated materials and deck screws. ADA ramp is being installed beneath the existing carport to provide an accessible route from the exterior door to the existing concrete slab.
Special Instructions: All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
