IWQ 139826 Staining and Installation/Repair of Pavilions at Various Park Locations

Gwinnett County Government is soliciting bids for the staining, installation, and repair of pavilions at Bogan Park, George Pierce Park, Pinckneyville Park, and Holcomb Bridge Park. The selected contractor must provide all labor and materials to replace rotten structural beams, joists, and damaged fascia, using wood stain that matches existing color and quality. All work is scheduled to begin in November 2026 and must be completed by December 1, 2026. The contractor is responsible for maintaining daily site cleanliness and disposing of all construction debris off-premises in accordance with EPA regulations.
