Gwinnett County Government is soliciting informal written quotations for the purchase of surge suppressors, specifically Square D models MA41MA16 and MA41MA12 or approved equivalents. The items must be delivered FOB Destination Prepaid and Allowed to the Lanier Filter Plant in Buford, Georgia, within ninety days of the quote opening. Deliveries are restricted to weekdays between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Award will be granted to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor for quotes or the highest scoring firm for proposals, with a preference for vendors offering payment discounts within ten days following the end of the month.
